As a not-for-profit private members-only society of kink enthusiasts, we are not a business. We don’t outsource to some offshore call centre answering your inquiries. So the cost of lame questions to us is quite high.

We will not bend over backwards and waste our time answering lazy questions and emails of which answers are already readily available. Nor will we be shamed by timewasters to offer them “customer service”. In fact, we take great pride in excluding the timewasters of the BDSM community so that we can focus our limited time and energy on good people who are considerate and empathetic. If you don’t have these qualities then we actively encourage you to move on! The onus is on you to show us sincerity, before we show you ours.
